Machined from M2 HSS solid bar, Heat Treated to 62 Rockwell and Triple Tempered.  Flutes are polished to remove machining marks which helps to minimise sanding.  Replaceable gouge tips are easy to attach and remove.  Affix with Locktite or similar anaerobic adhesive, heat to remove old tip.
