The Woodcut Tools Pro-Handle
has been specifically designed for the Pro-Forme Solid Hollowing System, providing exceptional control, comfort, and versatility when hollowing larger vessels.
Unlike a traditional handle, the 20" (508 mm) Pro-Handle
is designed to become an extension of the tool itself. As you hollow deeper, the 5/8" Pro-Forme Solid Shaft
can be progressively slid back into the handle, allowing the heavy-duty steel handle to support the shaft and significantly reduce vibration.
For even deeper hollow forms, additional Pro-Handles can be connected together, providing extra leverage and support as your project demands.

Why It Works
Rigidity becomes increasingly important as hollowing depth increases. By sliding the shaft back into the Pro-Handle, the unsupported length of the tool is reduced while the robust 1-1/8" diameter steel handle
effectively becomes part of the working shaft. This provides greater stability, improved control, and reduced vibration when hollowing deep vessels.
