The Woodcut Tools Pro-Forme Hollowing Tool
has been one of the finest freehand hollowing systems on the market since 1995. Designed for larger hollow forms, it delivers clean shavings, control, and safety. At the heart of every Pro-Forme tool is the Pro-Forme Powerhead Cutter, specifically engineered for end grain and hollow form turning.
Choose from three kit levels, Starter, Intermediate, and Advanced,
all supplied with Pro-Forme Powerheads
and a Pro-Master Handle.
Kit Options
Starter Kit Includes the Straight Shaft with Powerhead cutter head and a Pro-Master Handle. The straight shaft is ideal for producing the opening and removing wood down the sides and across the bottom of the vessel.
Intermediate Kit The most popular choice. Includes Straight and Bent Shafts with two Powerhead cutters and a Pro-Master Handle. The bent shaft is designed for cutting under the shoulder of the hollow form.
Advanced Kit The ultimate setup for serious hollow form turners. Includes Straight, Slightly Bent, and Bent Shafts with three Powerhead cutters and a Pro-Master Handle. The slightly bent shaft removes wood from the shoulder and sides, while the bent shaft allows efficient cutting under the shoulder.
