The Woodcut Tools Pro-Scraper Asymmetric Cutter
is designed to deliver an exceptionally smooth finish inside and outside hollow forms. Suitable for both traditional scraping and shear scraping, it produces a refined surface directly from the tool, significantly reducing sanding time.
The unique asymmetric profile features two distinct cutting radii. By simply rotating the tool, the turner can choose between stable material removal and precise finishing cuts. The offset geometry improves control inside the vessel, reduces catches, and produces a cleaner internal surface.

The Pro-Scraper Asymmetric Cutter is easily sharpened on a conventional bench grinder. For safe, accurate, and repeatable sharpening, Woodcut Tools recommends the Tru-Grind Stem Sharpener, specifically designed for maintaining small cutters.
