EASY APPLICATION

1. Prepare Project

Ensure surface is clean. Since Tung Oil works by penetrating the wood’s surface; it must be used on unfinished or bare woods and surfaces where the old finish has been removed.

2. Apply Tung Oil

Apply Tung Oil to your project. Pour a small amount directly onto your project, or onto a cloth first.
Gloves are not needed, however if you have very sensitive skin you may like to.

3. Let it Cure

Allow the Tung Oil around 30 mins to cure, then wipe off any excess. A light sand can be given between coats.
For long-lasting performance it is reccommended to repeat this process at least 3 times.

4. Maintenance

For ongoing maintenance, periodically re-apply the protective coating as needed. However, you might find that frequent re-application isn't necessary. For additional surface protection, Beeswax can further enhance the durability and longevity of the coating
